A gateway, and a heart at the keystone.

Our name and our mark come from the fort at the end of the road we work from. Care held inside a place of shelter is the whole idea.

Photograph — your care coordinator

Drop in a portrait of the coordinator families will meet.

One person who knows your case

You are not passed between desks. A single coordinator holds your family's file, visits when needed, and is the person you reach on the phone.

Caregivers matched, not assigned

Language, gender preference, cooking, mobility handling and temperament all matter. We propose a caregiver and change them if the fit is wrong.

Clinical support behind the caregiver

Nursing, physiotherapy and equipment are arranged through us, so medication, wounds and mobility are not left to the family to coordinate.

Plain rates, written down

Shift length, duties and cost are agreed before care starts. Any change is discussed with you first.

What we provide

Any of these can be arranged on their own or combined into one plan.

Long-term care

Live-in or shift caregivers for conditions that will not resolve, reviewed every month.

What it costs

Rates depend on shift length and how much clinical care is involved. These are the bands most families fall into. Your exact rate is confirmed in writing after the home visit, and nothing changes without your agreement.

No joining fee. No charge for the assessment visit.

Longer commitments and stepped-down hours are charged at the lower end of each band. Sunday and festival cover is the same rate.

Care Basis Rate
Personal support worker / attendant 12-hour shift ₹900 – 1,200 / day
Personal support worker / attendant 24-hour live-in ₹1,400 – 1,800 / day
Night attendant 8pm to 8am ₹1,000 – 1,300 / night
Home nursing visit Per visit — dressing, injection, catheter ₹500 – 800 / visit
Home nursing shift 12-hour shift, GNM or B.Sc nurse ₹1,700 – 2,500 / day
Physiotherapy at home Per 45–60 minute session ₹600 – 1,000 / session
Equipment — bed, oxygen, wheelchair Monthly rental, delivered and fitted ₹2,500 – 4,000 / month

Rates in line with current Hyderabad agency pricing. Higher end of the nursing and physiotherapy bands applies to critical or specialist cases.

“We do not ask a family to become a hospital. We bring the care to the room your parent already sleeps in.”

Golconda Support Network, Tolichowki

How care begins

Most families start care within two days of the first call.

1

You call or message

Tell us the condition, the hours you have in mind and where you live. Ten minutes is usually enough.

2

We visit and assess

A coordinator sees the room, the stairs and the routine, and writes down what the care actually requires.

3

We propose a caregiver

You meet them before care begins. If the fit is wrong, we bring someone else.

4

Care starts and is reviewed

Duties and rates in writing, a supervisor checking in, and changes made as your parent's needs change.

Also available on its own

Hospital attendants

If your parent is admitted and the family cannot sit through every shift, we place an attendant at the bedside. They help with feeding, toileting, turning and mobility, call the nurse when something changes, and hand over to you with a written note at the end of each shift.

12 or 24-hour cover Same-day placement in most hospitals ₹900 – 1,200 per 12-hour shift

Coming home from hospital

The weeks after a discharge are when most families call us. This is what the first month usually looks like after a stroke, a fracture or a joint replacement.

First 48 hours

Get the room right

Bed, commode, grab rails and oxygen in place before your parent arrives. An attendant on the first night so nobody in the family stays awake.

Week one and two

Wounds, medicines, movement

A nurse visits for dressings and injections, a dosage chart goes on the wall, and physiotherapy begins as soon as the surgeon allows it.

Week three onward

Step the care down

Most families move from 24-hour cover to a 12-hour or night-only shift. We review with you rather than keeping hours you no longer need.

Who comes into your home

Every caregiver goes through the same checks before a first placement, and a supervisor stays involved afterwards.

Identity verified

Aadhaar and a current local address on file for every caregiver, with a photograph.

Background checked

Police verification and reference calls to previous placements before a first shift.

Trained in the work

Safe transfers, bathing and hygiene, pressure-sore prevention and basic emergency response.

Nurses registered

Home nursing is delivered by nurses holding current registration.

Physiotherapists qualified

Rehabilitation is planned and delivered by qualified physiotherapists.

Supervised after placement

A supervisor visits in the first week and stays reachable, so problems reach us and not only the caregiver.

The paperwork, with you

Care is only half of it. We keep the records your insurer, employer or pension scheme will ask for, so a claim does not fail on a missing signature.

Daily care logs and duty records

Signed sheets showing dates, shifts and duties performed — the document most reimbursement claims turn on.

Nursing notes and invoices in your parent's name

GST invoices, nurse visit notes and equipment rental receipts, issued so they can be submitted as they are.

Help assembling the claim

We will collate the discharge summary, prescriptions and our records into one file for your insurer or employer. [Name here any CGHS, ECHS or corporate schemes you are empanelled with.]

My father needed help bathing and moving after his hip surgery, and we did not know where to begin. The caregiver they sent was patient with him and taught us how to help without hurting ourselves. Two years later she is still with us.

Sushma R., Mehdipatnam

We called at eleven at night after my mother was discharged. Someone answered, came the next morning, and had a nurse visiting for her dressings by the evening. That speed is why I recommend them.

Imran S., Tolichowki

What I value most is that one person knows our case. I do not have to explain my grandmother's history again every time I call, and any change in the schedule is discussed with us first.

Questions families ask

How quickly can care start? +

For most enquiries a caregiver can begin within 48 hours of the home visit. Urgent post-discharge cover can often be arranged the same day.

Are your caregivers trained and verified? +

Every caregiver is trained in personal care and safe transfers, and identity and background checks are on file. Nurses and physiotherapists hold current registration.

What does it cost? +

Rates depend on the shift length and the level of clinical care. You receive a written rate before care begins, with no joining fee. The bands on this page are the ones most families fall into.

Can we change the caregiver? +

Yes. If the fit is not right, tell your coordinator and we will propose someone else, usually within 24 hours.

Do you work in hospitals and care facilities? +

Yes. We provide attendants for hospital stays and support within facilities, as well as care at home.

Which languages do your caregivers speak? +

Telugu, Hindi, Urdu and English, depending on the caregiver. Tell us the language your parent is most comfortable in and we will match for it.
